See below for details: Product Identification: AMD Geode GX in BGD368 package Device Version: 2000A, 2000AF, 2001A, 2001AF, 2002A, 2002AF Package Types: BGD368 AMD Product Line: PCSG (Personal Connectivity Solutions Group) Description of Change: The package pin 1 corner shape is being changed to remove the pin 1 chamfer from the AMD Geode GX2 in the BGD368 package. The overall body size remains the same. See the attached illustration & dimensions for further information. Reason for Change: Manufacturing flexibility. Application Impact: There is no impact in functionality of the product, or end system, due to the package body shape. The elimination of pin 1 chamfer may have impact on Surface Mount "Pick-and-Place" equipment setup procedures, specifically; mechanical means cannot be used to guarantee package orientation.
